Foundation

Press Release Body: Saginaw, TX. April 3, 2008 -- In its continued expansion of
partnerships, International Players Tour (IPT) has partnered with one of the premier
companies in the golf industry, Daphne's Headcovers. The resulting profits from the
new relationship will be shared with Marathon of Miracles Foundation (MOM), a 501c3
organization dedicated to inspiring, educating and empowering families fighting
cancer around the world. "This is truly an exciting and worthwhile venture for IPT,"
said Ron Beaman, IPT Founder and President, "We're certainly honored to have
Daphne's as our "Official Headcover", since they've been recognized for years for
their quality products and tremendous customer support. Our mutual agreement to
share our profits to support the superb efforts of MOM in working with cancer
survivors will benefit a great organization as well."

In addition to sharing web links on their respective web sites, the agreement
includes product distribution rights for IPT and additional brand exposure for
Daphne's at IPT's 200+event schedule in 2008. In a conversation about the new
partnership, Jane Spicer, President of Daphne's, explained "I am thrilled and
honored to join IPT's effort in supporting the Marathon of Miracles. Together we
hope to raise awareness and set in motion our intention to help cure cancer and
comfort survivors. Using the wonderful game of golf to set this in motion is such a
natural fit for Daphne's."

The Daphne's-IPT partnership further expands Daphne's involvement and commitment to
MOM as well. Earlier this year, Daphne's started initial production of a pink
"Kitty" headcover, featuring the symbolic breast cancer ribbon. A portion of the
"Kitty" sales are already being donated to MOM by Daphne's. "Kitty" is now
prominently displayed on the driver of LPGA player Amy Hung, and sales have been
brisk in the first quarter. MOM Co-Founder A.J. Ali had this to say about the
emerging partnership of Daphne's and IPT, "This is an extraordinary commitment by
two great entities, Daphne's and the IPT. Ron Beaman and Bill Conwell of the IPT, as
well as Jane and Steve Spicer of Daphne's are all big-hearted people whom I've
gotten to know quite well. They truly care about people, so I know this partnership
will have great meaning and terrific results. We are so grateful for their support
of the countless people that are suffering from cancer and in need of assistance in
so many areas of their lives."

About International Players Tour (IPT):

International Players Tour (operated by prior management of Champions Golf Tour
(CGT), was launched in January 2008 for the purpose of bringing PGA style
competition to avid golfers everywhere. Operations began in April 2002 under the
banner of the Champions Golf Tour, which was founded by Ron Beaman in the
Dallas/Ft.Worth area. Ron developed a business model that would provide avid
recreational golfers a chance to play in an environment similar to major tour events
- "inside the ropes" for significant prize money - utilizing a proprietary handicap
system.

After conducting its first event in June, 2002, CGT followed with 17 tournaments in
2002 and awarded nearly $60,000 in prize money. Significant and sustained growth has
occurred in subsequent years in player participation, number of events, and prize
money. With over 1200 players in their system, IPT management conducted over 150
events in 2007 within ten state and twelve metropolitan city areas with payouts
exceeding $570,000. In 2008, the IPT will conduct 200+ events in fifteen different
metro areas, culminating in the Tour Championship at the Horseshoe Bay Marriott
Resort in Texas, with the winner taking home $20,000 in GUARANTEED first place prize
money!

"The Model that Works" is now being adopted effectively and implemented successfully
in multiple cities, with projected expansion into 5-10 new markets each year -
including international locations - through a unique licensing rights program.

In addition, IPT has expanded its 2008 Senior Tour Division schedule to include
10-12 new 54-hole events across the USA. The Senior Tour Division provides playing
opportunities for seniors with competitive aspirations on the PGA Champions Tour or
maintaining their level of competition for significant purses. See www.ipgtour.com
